Welcome friend! My name is Ciara, the creator behind Wellness Travel Diaries! I’m a SoCal native who loves traveling the globe both solo and with my amazing husband, Evan.

After being diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury, TBI, I made it my mission to find ways to heal while traveling. Since then I’ve visited over 40 countries, 25 national and state parks, and taken countless road trips throughout the US.

Now I help others use mindful travel to support their wellness to attract the positive energy they’ve been looking for.
